Exhibitor's information will be updated on our website and official WeChat public account, and you are advised to make an appointment with the exhibitors in advance to make your visit efficient.

Please complete visitor pre-registration and obtain a visitor pass in advance as this will help you spend less time in the crowds when entering the exhibition venue. If you are not feeling well or have symptoms of COVID, you are not advised to visit the show.

We provide hand sanitiser at the entrance, registration counters and function areas in the exhibition hall. Visitors and exhibitors are also advised to bring their own disinfection products to be prevanted from epidemic in the public areas. In accordance with the epidemic prevention regulations issued by the Chinese government, all persons entering the pavilion are suggested to wear a facial mask.

All public areas and facilities will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to the daily opening of the exhibition hall. We also ask exhibitors to clean their personal belongings and exhibition stands before opening each day. Additional cleaning will be carried out in special cases during the exhibition.

During your visit, please try to keep a social distance and follow the visiting signage, please be aware of the people flow around you.

Try NOT to touch products frequently. If you must touch a product, please ask the staff at the booth. On-site concurrent forums, exhibit displays and other functional areas are required to follow the appropriate regulations.

For catering and other services at the booth, please contact the conductor of exhibition hall directly. Chairs in the lounge area need to be used separately from the concurrent forum area, so be aware of social distances.
