Special Call for Papers 2025 - Yocto
The embedded world Conference in collaboration with the Yocto Project is calling for proposals for a special Yocto technology session.
The Yocto Project is an open source collaboration project that provides templates, tools and methods to help you create custom Linux-based systems for embedded system deployments in connected edge devices, servers, or virtual environments, regardless of the hardware architecture.
The special Yocto session topics shall give an overview of new technology trends. The special topics of the Yocto session will include:
- Developing secure, fine ranging solutions with Bluetooth® Channel Sounding
- Demonstrating Bluetooth® Channel Sounding performance: Distance measurements, update rates, power consumption, coexistence, security, and key design/performance considerations
- Enhancing large-scale mesh network performance, reliability, interoperability, and security with Bluetooth® Mesh technology
- Developing large-scale, low-power IoT device networks with the periodic advertising with responses (PAwR) feature
- Auracast™ broadcast audio: Best practices for designing and/or developing transmitters, receivers, and broadcast assistants for public venues
- Ambient IoT: Battery-free Bluetooth® wireless communication design and solutions
